Joel Quintans demonstrates Iaido, or the art of drawing the sword, from the martial art Aikido, for members of the University Aikido ClubThursday at the P.E. Building. Quintans said the objective of Aikido is more about training the mind than the body, a lesson that he tries to instill in his students.
After looking for some sports wild art I met Joel...the light totally sucked...but I was able to pull out this...so whatever.
