Richard Trevino, 25, of Robstown, Texas said he has been living in poverty since 1998. "It is difficult because you have to depend on other people," said Trevino.
Lionel Lopez, director of the South Texas Colonia Initiative, investigates the former home of the deceased Mr. Vera who died in his home alone several months ago.
